Join us on October 5th for the Downtown Co-Op's second annual "An Evening at Our Community Table," celebrating the Fort Mill History Museum's Lanterns & Legends.  Promising an unforgettable experience for attendees, this gathering is not only an opportunity to savor a delightful culinary journey but also a chance to support the Downtown Co-Op in its mission to enrich the downtown area with vibrant events such as our exciting Main Street Jams.

Event Details:

Date: October 5th, 2024

Time: Cocktail hour and auction-perusing begins at 5:00 PM, followed by supper served at 6:00 PM.

Location: Cocktail Hour will be hosted on the back porch of the Fort Mill History Museum, so join us there to begin the evening. For supper, the heart of downtown will come alive as tables are elegantly set up right on Main Street, creating an enchanting al fresco dining atmosphere. 

Culinary Experience: Attendees will be treated to an all-inclusive 5-course meal, carefully curated by some of the most renowned local culinary establishments. The participating restaurants include Amor Artis Brewing, Center Theatre Pi, Clebourne House, FM Eatery, Hobo’s, Illumination Wine’s,  Improper Pig, Olive’s Mud Puddle, Puckerbutt, The Speckled Pear, and Sweet Treats Candy & Confections. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, offering a well-rounded gastronomic experience that caters to all tastes. While the set menu may not accommodate all dietary restrictions or allergies, a vegetarian entree option will be available.

Beverages: Alongside the delicious meal, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a selection of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages. These carefully chosen drinks will complement the menu and enhance the overall dining experience.

Fundraising Purpose: "An Evening at our Community Table" serves as a fundraiser with a noble cause. The proceeds from this event will be dedicated to supporting the Downtown Co-Op's initiatives, including the hosting of Main Street Jams and other future events aimed at revitalizing and enhancing the downtown area. By attending this event, guests directly contribute to the continued growth and vibrancy of their community.

Silent Auction: In addition to the sumptuous meal and beverages, a silent auction will take place during the event. Attendees will have the opportunity to bid on items generously provided by local vendors and downtown businesses. This adds an exciting element to the evening, as guests can secure unique items while further contributing to the Co-Op's fundraising efforts.
