(BYOC Camps and Clubs) Academy for Technologists Extraordinaire, Inc.

This is for a full payment for Spring Break Classes.  There are 3 classes to choose from:  Python Coding, Graphic Design and Cybersecurity.

1 Spring Break Class (3 days)

This is to pay for a 1 week or the first of several Summer Class(es).  If you have multiple students taking these classes or are  taking multiple weeks talk to the Admin office to get the discount.

1 Week or 1st Week of Summer Classes

This is to pay for a additional classes after you take the fist class. Do not use this to pay for your first week of class unless this is for a second student.

Additional Weeks/Students for Summer Classes

This payment is for full payment of the Robotics/Coding/Media Production Club which starts in Nov 2024 and concludes in May 2025. Partial payment options are below.


This does not include fees for the competitions that will begin after the fall of 2024.

Robotics/Media Production/Coding Club - Full Payment

2 Payment Option for Robotics/Coding/Media Production  Club. This payment is for the Robotics Club which starts in Nov 2024 and concludes in May 2025.

Payments due by Oct 7 and Feb 7.

This does not include fees for the competitions that will begin in 2025.

Robotics/Media Production/Coding Club - 2 Partial Payments

4 Payment Option for Robotics/Coding/Media Production Club. This payment is for the Robotics Club which starts in Nov 2024 and concludes in May 2025.

Payments due in Oct, Dec, Feb, Apr.

This does not include fees for the competitions that will begin in 2025.

Robotics/Media Production/Coding Club - 4 Partial Payments

Scholarship Application Fee - Summer

You are paying for 1 week or more of BYOC Summer classes,  Spring Break classes, the Winter classes or one of the clubs (robotics, coding or media productions).  If you still have ACE funds available, contact Robin to discuss payment. We are now enrolling for the Spring Break and Summer classes (Mar 1 - July) and the Robotics club 2024/2025.  Club sessions are Mon - Thur - 4pm - 7pm.  Classes are from 10 am - 3pm on Saturdays. The Robotics Club meets on Tue and Thur from 4pm - 7pm.  The Coding Club meets Mon and Wed from 4pm - 7pm.  The Media Production Club meets Mon and Wed from 4pm - 7pm. Classes are held at 1 Sheakley Way, Cincinnati, OH 45246.
