Join us for a Spring Wellness Day to renew your mind, body, and spirit. This will be a relaxing and fun event focused on mindfulness, community, and self-reflection. 


What to expect: 

- Mindfulness education and hands on activities 

- Breathing techniques for relief of anxiety and stress

- Guided journal prompts

- Instruction from local wellness experts Amber Perry and JennieRuth Warren

- Coffee, tea, and water provided 

- 1 hour lunch on your own - Feel free to bring your own lunch or visit a local restaurant

- Leave with a beautiful project to enjoy at home
