BOOTH PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO TWO-DAY VENDORS.
Vendors pay a booth fee + 10% of sales donated to Liberty's Station. Food vendors pay booth fee + 15% of sales donated to Liberty's Station (due to our potential food sale losses). Booth cancellations will receive a 50% refund only for requests made at least 21 days prior the reservation. Full refunds will be issued in the case of accidental overbooking or if a business does not align with Liberty Station's mission and values. Vendors are expected to share and promote the event (social media/email/texts) and invite shoppers to attend.

Outdoor booths are 10'x10' and may include two chairs or you can bring your own. VENDOR AGREES: In addition to the booth fee, 10% of sales will be donated to Liberty's Station's training program at the close of sales each day. Canopies are recommended and must be weighted. Set up is to be completed by 9:15 am. Unloading is 8:00-8:45 then vehicles should be moved two rows away. Booths must stay open until 1:30p and cleaned up by 2:30p on your final day.
