The Annual Meeting will take place on January 16th, 2025 with happy hour beginning at 6:00pm, and the meeting commencing at 6:30pm. There will be a catered dinner at 7:00pm followed by the Yellowstone Drifters playing live music. It will be held at the Petroleum County Community Center. This event is open to anyone, we just request that you RSVP. There is a suggested donation of $25 to help cover costs and support ACES mission and work. There will be program updates from ACES staff, as well as board elections. We hope to see you there!

There will be childcare available from Sweet Peas Daycare at the Petroleum County Community Center 6:00pm - 8:30pm. Please note that children cannot be released to parents who appear intoxicated.
