Members in good standing are eligible to vote during our Annual Meeting in December to elect board members and help shape the future of NEOCR. Membership dues help support the NEOCR general operating fund for activities such as newsletters and events like our annual Collie Fest. Celebrate with us as NEOCR turns 30 in 2025! We are planning special celebrations to commemorate this exciting milestone! None of this would be possible if were not for the support from members like YOU!   Get Involved 🫶We are always looking for dedicated volunteers to help in many areas. Although fosters and transporters are always in high demand, we have many other volunteer opportunities as well with everyday operations that can be done from your home.
