Both genders are welcome to this 12-hour-long overnight special session! Come an hour early at 7:30 pm as our gift to you. We will be showing some beautiful, mind-expanding video content, that will deepen your love and understanding of life. We will also have delicious, organic light snacks provided for refreshments.

You must bring 

• a set of twin sheets
• a large, wide-mouth reusable water bottle
• a blanket & your own pillows 

Highly recommend an eye mask & slippers or socks for the hallway bathrooms. The overnight session will start around 9:00 pm, depending on when we finish up our group dinner after the previous meditation. 

The EESystem is very naturally detoxifying because when our cells have the right energy, the body will go to work on discharging what is not in alignment with the new energy. So when we spend continuous time in the EESystem, our bodies are also able to go into deep states of coherence, and regeneration in addition to the releasing of what does not serve our highest and greatest good physically. These states of regeneration can feel blissful and deeply restorative leading to outstanding sleep. 

We highly recommend you come well hydrated and if you have any bowel issues, take some smooth tea the week before to prepare. We also recommend doing a highly effective detox bath within 24 hours of the overnight, we will provide you with the recipe.
