Part of the Community Education Series at the Wallingford Grange. Come learn the basics of cake decorating with Kathy Bergonzi. Space is limited! You will be provided two 4" cake layers to decorate a two tiered cake. Also supplied is the frosting, food coloring, and piping bags. You'll need the below piping tips. They can be purchased on Amazon or at Michaels. Generic brands are fine too. Please bring something to carry your "mini cake" home.
