This website is intended for registering as a "Non-Profit" or "For-Profit" organization or to become a "Sponsor" for the Hamilton County Resource Fair 2024. Please note that the general public will NOT register to attend the event, as it is FREE and open to everyone attending.


Registration deadline is June 7, 2024 - one week before the event on June 14, 2024. There are three registration options: 

  • NonProfit  
  • ForProfit 
  • Sponsor 

The event is a remarkable resource for Central Indiana families and provides a diverse range of vendors and exhibitors with valuable expertise and resources. The Resource Fair is entirely free of charge to the general public, making it accessible to all Hamilton County residents. The vendors and exhibitors will provide critical resources and expertise centralized in one location, benefiting Hamilton County families. 


The Resource Fair is an excellent opportunity for families to learn about various means of assistance and critical services that could benefit them with their everyday needs. Attendees can be confident they will leave the event with more knowledge and resources to help improve their lives.


Booth Space is limited and includes 2 people per assigned/table/booth; Table cover provided; 6' table w/2 chairs provided; Bottled water available; boxed LUNCH provided (11:30am-12:15am) (up to 2 per booth);


The "For-Profit" early discount (save $5) deadline is May 27. Payment can be made with any Credit Card or US Bank account.

  • Credit Cards or Debit Cards - Accepted credit cards include, but are not limited to, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay - automatically enabled if users have these payment methods enabled on their devices and browsers.
  • Bank transfer payments or ACH – you can also enter your banking information for payment.
