The prom committee would like to sincerely thank you for being a part of our special event.<hr />There are no tickets attached to this email.  <hr />During the week of 2/10 - 2/14, you'll receive an email with an access code that will allow you to provide us with all of the necessary attendee information and retrieve your tickets.   We do it this way because we realize that a lot can happen between when you purchased your tickets and prom night.  By collecting attendee info as close to the hotel's deadline as possible, we simplify ticket transfers and reduce the need for time-consuming updates. If you purchased your ticket(s) before Saturday, February 1st, you are an "Early Bird" ticketholder.<hr />Early Bird Dinner ticketholders will have from 2/20 until 3/6 to use their access code.All other ticketholders will have from 2/27 until 3/6 to use their access code.<hr />Each of these access codes is single-use.  Therefore, we strongly encourage buyers of group tickets to gather all of the necessary details for the members of their group before visiting the link in the acess code email.  The form will appear exactly as shown in the screenshot below, and you'll have 20 minutes total to complete one [1] such form for each attendee.  (So if you're providing details for 9 tickets, you'll have slightly more than 2 minutes per attendee form.)  <hr /><hr /><hr />ALL forms for ALL tickets MUST be submitted no later than 11:59pm on Thursday, March 6th. If you miss this deadline, your purchase price WILL be forfeited.<hr /><hr /><hr /> TRANSFERSShould you find yourself unable to attend for whatever reason, we welcome ticket transfers up until 11:59pm on Sunday, February 9th.  You are solely responsible for collecting payment from the transferee(s) and completing our Ticket Transfer Form prior to the deadline.  We will send the related access code(s) to the email address(es) you provide on your Ticket Transfer Form during the week of 2/10 -
