New Year's Mandala Art, Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony

with Grace Moore and Charmi Casino

Step into 2025 with intention, creativity, and connection in this unique workshop blending art, ritual, and healing. Through the heart-opening power of cacao and the healing vibrations of a sound bath, you’ll be guided to create a personal mandala that reflects your hopes, longings, and intentions for the year ahead. Together, we’ll explore the art of reflection and clarity, culminating in the divining of a meaningful WORD for the year to anchor your vision for 2025.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, or anything else to create your cozy nest. All art supplies and a light snack will be provided. This experience is designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit as we welcome the new year with creativity and intention.

You can also choose an optional add-on: a “word-of-the-year” necklace or bracelet with your 2025 intention.

Meet our Facilitators:

Grace Moore

Grace Moore is a Reiki Master Teacher and an Artist.  With ancestral roots in Texas, Grace grew up in Washington D.C. and lived in Hawaii and Europe before finding her true home in Reno where she’s lived for 25 years. Grace has a double major in Art History and Psychology from Emory University. 

Grace also leads a monthly art self-reflection gathering, New Moon Art, to support taking time for attention to our inner worlds. Her focus has been on holding trauma-informed safe space for her clients and students, helping them to live into radical self-care, awareness, and empowerment.  

Grace has also become a student of plant medicine and the use of psychedelic-assisted therapies in healing childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. She serves on the Board of Sierra Psychedelic Society, facilitates art integration circles, and provides trainings for the leadership team. Grace enjoys helping others use art and creative reflection as tools for the integration of expanded state experiences.  

Grace loves sunsets, moon rises, mountain views and summits, standing in the tall trees, walking next to creeks and ocean waves. She is an advocate for sustainable living and local food.

Charmi Casino

Charmi's journey began with a deeply personal struggle, experiencing anxiety, depression, and low self-worth—a period she refers to as her "dark night of the soul." This transformative experience led her on a path of self-discovery, motivating her to explore various methods to understand her own suffering and find ways to heal. To deepen her knowledge, Charmi became certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and further studied different modalities and dove into  Internal Family Systems, Neuroscience, and the Unified Field to broaden her understanding of the nature of reality. She also explored a range of holistic practices and disciplines, including sound healing, which she uses as a powerful modality to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and promote deep healing. 

Through her studies, Charmi realized that our beliefs shape how we perceive and interact with the world, acting as filters that influence our decisions and experiences. In alignment with Albert Einstein's insight, “We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them,” She came to an understanding that by shifting these internal filters, it is possible to approach life with greater alignment, centeredness, and openness to endless possibilities. This shift transformed both her outlook and her life, inspiring her to share this knowledge with others.

Charmi also serves on the Board of Sierra Psychedelic Society and facilitates integration circles.
