CQS Presents: Spring Bootcamp

Welcome to Carquinez Quad Squad (CQS)- we would love for you to join our Spring 2025 Roller Derby Bootcamp 

(03/23/25-04/29/25: Tuesdays 6-8pm/Sundays 11-1pm). 

These sessions focus solely on the non-contact beginner roller skate skills necessary to play roller derby as safely as possible.

Requirements:

  • 18+
  • Must have full gear (Quad skates, helmet; mouthguard; elbow pads, knee pads, and wrist guards). See link from Brusied Boutique for examples of gear (use code CQS10 for a discount off of regular price items.)
  • Must be able to get up from the ground, stand and move forward independently on skates


Costs:

$60 for all 12 sessions. *participants must provide their own gear; some loaner gear may be available, email to inquire*
