As a 501(c)3 non-profit, KCD strives to promote an ASL inclusive society by offering community events, advocacy, education, and opportunities that embrace diversity. We provide services to 12 East Tennessee counties. Our services include ASL Classes, Educational Workshops, Case Management, Interpreting Services, Youth Programs, DeafBlind and Outreach programs and Social Activities.
We stand firmly that we can break all communicative barriers through the use of accessible language for the populations we serve and to foster inclusivity.
