Hello, 

Thank you for your interest in becoming an umpire for District 23 Little League.

Our District includes, Chino, Chino Hills, Canyon Hills, Ontario, Upland and Montclair. 

Umpires are paid directly by the leagues they service, usually by check or Zelle. You will work out those details with the league. Volunteers are welcome as well. 

If selected Tournament of Champions and All-Stars is paid as well. Certification is required. 

There is an up front expense to umpire, clothing, gear, etc. But as a new umpire you may be able to borrow gear from leagues until you know you want to continue as an umpire. 

All training and education conducted by the District is free.
