Thank you for applying to the HYPE NJ Foundation's (HYPE) after school care program.  Please fill out the information in this application in its entirety.  If your child is selected for the after school program, you will receive an email with additional instructions and forms to fill out. 

Registration for the HYPE after school care program is not complete until all forms have been completed in full and delivered, in person, to the HYPE administrative offices at 2312 Whitehorse Mercerville Rd.
