The MCMH Foundation provides financial contributions to fund hospital programs and equipment that will enhance the quality of patient care. By seeking out and accepting donations, the MCMH Foundation is committed to improving the health and well-being of area residents. With a focus on providing modern medical technology, and community health betterment programs, the Foundation strives to ensure that MCMH + Clinics continues to be a vital resource for the community well into the future.

• Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Ticket Purchase: Each ticket costs $20 or 6 for $100. There is no limit on the number of tickets an individual can purchase. Tickets must be purchased by 5pm on September 12^th to be eligible for the drawing.
• Drawing Date: The drawing will be held on September 12^th at 6:30pm. Participants do not need to be present to win.
• Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via [phone/email] within 1 day after the drawing. The winner must claim the prize within 15 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, an alternate winner will be selected.
• Taxes: All Federal, state, and local taxes or registration fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Montgomery County Memorial Hospital Foundation will not be responsible for any tax or registration fee obligations.
• Transfer of Ownership: The winner is responsible for any fees or paperwork required for transferring ownership of the golf cart.
• Use of Winner's Name: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Montgomery County Memorial Hospital Foundation to use their name, photograph, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Limitation of Liability: Montgomery County Memorial Hospital Foundation is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in connection with the raffle or the use of the prize.
