You need not be present to win. PrizesGrand Prize: 1979 Ford Mustang Pace CarTo the best of our knowledge, this is an all-original vehicle - it is not a restored vehicle. This vehicle is being offered as-is, where-is. Winner is responsible for all costs and arrangements for pickup or delivery within 30 days or they forfeit the prize. Closing DateClosing date for purchasing tickets is Sunday, September 1, 2024, at 11:59 pm (Central Time). WinnersThe winner will be drawn on Monday, September 2, 2024, at approximately 1:00 pm (Central Time). The winner will be notified by telephone within 5 business days of the drawing.Open Air Education's decision is final. The winner's name will be announced on the Open Air Flight Club website (openairflightclub.com) and in the Open Air Flight Club newsletter.  Full address details will not be disclosed. Also:The winner will be contacted by telephone or email. If we cannot contact the winner within 28 days after the drawing, the prize will be awarded to a new winner.If the writing is illegible on the ticket and no contact details are given, a new winner will be selected on the day of the draw.The prizes are non-transferable and only consist of what is listed above.By entering the draw, winners confirm their agreement to participate in any associated publicity.The winner is responsible for arranging transportation of the prize to its final destination, as well as any costs incurred by transportation.The winner is responsible for all costs of tax, title, and registration to transfer ownership. Please Note:Open Air Education respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will remain private and will only be used for the purposes outlined here. Open Air Education reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate the raffle or alter the raffle at any time without prior notice. Any entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.The cost of each entry into the Raffle is $50 for one ticket, and $200 for five tickets.The closing date is Sunday, September 1, 2024, at 11:59 pm (Central Time). Tickets received after this date will not be entered into the draw and monies received will be treated as a donation.The winning entries will be selected from all entries received by the closing date and prizes will be awarded in order of selection. Only tickets for which full payment has been received will be eligible to win a prize.The person named on the raffle ticket stub will be the only person entitled to the prize.By entering the raffle you agree to your photo being taken, and to Open Air Education using this photo and your title and surname concerning you being a winner of the Raffle, including on Open Air Education’s website and in the newsletter. The organization reserves the right to reject your entry and/or award any prize to an alternative winner if the organization has grounds to believe that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions, acted fraudulently or illegally, or on other reasonable grounds. The organization shall have no liability to you for any loss or damage arising from the organization exercising such rights. If the prize is not claimed using the details provided to the organization within 3 months of the date of the draw, this prize will be forfeited.  The organization reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Raffle in whole or in part in the organization's sole discretion. The organization shall not be liable for: -raffle tickets, entries, communications, or prizes that are lost, stolen, damaged, or illegible, from which the prize winner or entrant cannot be identified-any late bank payments-the organization’s failure or inability to contact you and/or award any prize due to any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the contact or bank details you have provided or your failure to update these if they change-loss or damage incurred by you in connection with your participation in the Raffle or your use of any prize-any failure or delay beyond the organization’s reasonable control Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit the organization’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or for any other matter for which liability may not be limited by law.The organization may amend these terms and conditions at any time, but will notify you of significant changes before these come into effect.These terms and conditions are governed by Iowa law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Iowa courts.The organization’s decision in all matters relating to the Raffle is final. This organization is committed to operating the Raffle in a socially responsible way.
