E.P.I.C.: The Women of Color Conference was founded by three dynamic Black women artists and entrepreneurs: Dance Connect Worldwide founder, Dominique Atwood, Praize Productions, Inc. founder, Enneréssa LaNette, and F.E.E.D. founder, Florence Walker-Harris. Atwood-Hamilton, LaNette, and Walker-Harris came together to create a safe space for women of color to gather and collaborate, while also sharing experiences, resources, and expertise to heal, inspire, and positively change themselves and their surrounding worlds.

Join us at the 2024 E.P.I.C. Women of Color Conference, celebrating "The Year of Restoration: Women of Nations, Generations & Legacy." This year's conference promises to be an unforgettable experience, offering a day filled with profound conversations, deep reflection, and connections among women of diverse cultures and backgrounds. 

In keeping with tradition, this single-day affair will encompass a warm meet-and-greet continental breakfast, interactive breakthrough sessions, catered lunch featuring a distinguished guest speaker, and a culminating fine dining experience with intentional entertainment where we highlight leading ladies in the industry making groundbreaking contributions to their respective communities.

We extend a warm invitation to women of color and their allies to join us in this one-of-a-kind, intimate, and sisterly gathering. Whether you're looking to meet new faces or reconnect with old friends, this event offers a unique opportunity to embark on a mind, body, and soul journey towards becoming truly EPIC.

~Breakthrough Experiences~

Experience a transformative day filled with interactive breakthrough sessions curated to ignite personal growth and empowerment. Immerse yourself in Enneréssa LaNette's dynamic speaking exercises, Dominique Atwood-Hamilton's introspective journaling workshop, and Florence Walker-Harris's transformative movement activities, all aimed at fostering holistic transformation.

These breakthrough sessions will help participants to navigate their past, present, and future, acknowledging their origins while preparing for what lies ahead. Participants will strategize for their “next” while embracing their current moment, understanding the impact of lineage and legacy on their present selves and future aspirations.

These (3) 50-minute breakthrough experiences will allow participants to embrace their vulnerability and discover their strength within a newfound sisterhood, while providing space for self-discovery and empowerment.

~ A Seat at the Table ~

Fine Dining Experience

Join us for an evening of celebration and conversation surrounded by a community of Black, beautiful and brilliant women, as we conclude our full-day conference with our signature "A Seat at the Table" fine dining experience. 

Our evening portion will begin with a cocktail hour, followed by an award ceremony highlighting distinguished, Black women leaders and trailblazers in their respective industries. Attendees will be inspired by our intentional entertainment and live music carefully crafted to spark conversations around the challenges and complexities that the everyday woman faces in our society.

And just when you thought the evening couldn’t get any better, we included an irresistible menu that will satisfy your tastebuds as our interactive program feeds your soul!
