Flag Football is open to anyone ages 5-7 as of 7/31/2025. Age 7 is eligible for either flag or tackle football. If your child is 7, and aren't sure which program is right for them, please reach out to Kelvin (kperez.nkf@gmail.com) to discuss. If your child is 8 or older on 7/31/2025, please register for our Tackle Football Program.

Newington Knights Flag Football

Flag Cheer is open to anyone ages 5-7 as of 7/31/2025. Age 7 is eligible for either flag or competitive cheer, if you aren't sure which program is right for them, please reach out to Abby/Amy (newingtoncheer@gmail.com) to discuss. If your child is 8 or older on 7/31/2025, please register for our Competitive Cheer Program.

Newington Knights Flag Cheer

Flag football and flag cheer is open to athletes ages 5-7 as of July 31, 2025. The cost for both flag football and cheer is $125. Please note: On this screen, there is an option to donate an additional amount to the Newington Knights program. This will allow us to provide financial waivers to families in need (as determined by the Knights executive board). On the last screen there is an option to donate an additional amount to Zeffy, this would allow them to continue to offer this platform to non profit organizations for free. Both are completely optional!
