Lewis. A fearless advocate for justice, Lewis spent his life challenging injustice, uplifting communities, and inspiring others to make a difference through what he called "Good Trouble".

The Getting in Good Trouble Awards was established to honor individuals who embody his unwavering commitment to activism, leadership, and service. On June 27, 2025, we will continue this mission by recognizing changemakers and awarding scholarships to deserving students—investing in the next generation of leaders who will carry forward the fight for equity and opportunity.
