We’re thrilled to have you join us for a night of groovy vibes, delicious food, and unforgettable fun. This year, we’re bringing back the 70s, so grab your bell bottoms, tie-dye, or neon outfits to match the theme.The evening kicks off at 5 PM with happy hour and charcuterie, followed by a short presentation at 6 PM to set the stage for an incredible night. Dinner will be served at 6:30 PM, and after that, you can hit the dance floor, snap fun photos in the photobooths, and bid on some amazing auction items.Each table seats eight people and comes with tablecloths, stemware, and silverware provided by Burningtree Country Club. You’re welcome to bring your own items if you prefer and will need to bring a centerpiece and chargers to complete your table décor. Table setup is available on February 1st from 7 AM to 1 PM, and if you’d like, we can handle cleanup and storage of your decorations for a $100 fee.Don’t forget to bring cash for our celebrity servers, who will be working for tips to benefit United Way. A cash bar will also be available throughout the evening for your convenience.If anyone in your party requires special accommodations or has food allergies, please let us know by contacting Jennifer Geiger at jgieger@umwcal.org no later than January 25th.
