With a 3-day conference pass, you will be able to attend and participate in workshops, seminars, and panels.  The songwriting breakout workshops each morning are pre-assigned, and you will receive your group assignment when you arrive and check in on Thursday, May 29, 2025. 

**NEW THIS YEAR:  Speed mentoring sign ups will take place ONLINE before the conference.  A couple weeks before the conference, we will email attendees a form to fill out to make speed mentoring selections, and spots will be assigned based on the order in which you registered - so register early!

The Hawai’i Songwriting Festival is for songwriters from all walks of life and at all levels of their careers. To book your room at the Westin Hapuna using our special discounted group rate, click this link: https://book.passkey.com/e/50908379.  The hotel is offering two tiers of rooms this year.  There are a limited number of "run of house" rooms, which means whatever is available (nice views not guaranteed), at a rate of $399/night (plus taxes and fees).  Once those run out, or if you want to be guaranteed a nicer view, the next tier will be "premier ocean" rooms at a rate of $459/night (plus taxes and fees).  The lower rate rooms will sell out quickly and we've sold out the whole hotel the last couple years, so book your room as soon as possible!  There are also lots of vacation rentals available nearby in the Mauna Lani, Waikoloa Resort, and Waikoloa Village areas, which may be more affordable than hotel rooms at the Westin Hapuna.
