Beginner competitors can compete in two separate events: Slow-Air and March (2 Parts).

Beginner

Novice competitors may perform one of the following sets. 1) A Slow-Air, followed by a pause, and then a Strathspey/Reel. OR 2) A March/Strathspey/Reel set.

Novice

Intermediate competitors must perform a Slow-Air, followed by a pause, and then a March/Strathspey/Reel set.

Intermediate

Junior competitors must perform a Slow-Air, followed by a pause, and then a March/Strathspey/Reel set.

Junior (Under 18)

Open competitors must perform a Slow-Air, followed by a pause, and then a March/Strathspey/Reel set.

Enter the Scottish Fiddle Competition for the 2025 New Hampshire Indoor Scottish Festival! Prize money for the Junior and Open categories 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will be as follows: Junior – $75, $50, $25. Open – $150, $100, $5.
