Silent Auction Terms & Conditions

By placing a bid and/or purchasing an auction item, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bidding & Payments

• All bids are final and binding. Once submitted, a bid cannot be retracted.

• The highest bid at the close of the auction constitutes the winning bid.

• All items must be paid for in full at the time** of auction closing.**

• Payments accepted: credit card, PayPal.

• If payment is not received within the stated time, the item may be awarded to the next highest bidder.

2. Item Pickup & Shipping

• Some items are physical and must be picked up at Event Date: Saturday, March 8th at Defender Outdoors Clay Sports Ranch.

• If shipping is required, the winner is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise noted.

• Digital certificates and vouchers will be sent via email within 5 days of payment confirmation.

• Failure to collect an item within 5 days may result in forfeiture without refund.

3. Item Conditions & Restrictions

• All items are sold as is. No refunds or exchanges will be given.

• Any restrictions or expiration dates (e.g., for gift certificates, travel, or experiences) must be followed by the winner.

• Event-based items must be used on the specified dates unless otherwise stated.

4. Tax & Legal Considerations

• Winning bids may be tax-deductible as a charitable donation, subject to IRS regulations. Consult your tax advisor.

• No warranties or guarantees are provided by the auction organizer beyond what is stated in the item description.

5. Liability Release

• By participating in this auction, you agree to release and hold harmless KHSCTT, INC from any liability, claims, or damages arising from the use or experience of any auction item.
