This is the initial deposit of $200 for the Lassiter Orchestra trip to Dollywood/Pigeon Forge, TN on March 28-30, 2025. **

** Before submitting this deposit, I understand that I must have paid my LHSOA Student Fees ($175) and that this deposit and any additional trip payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. ** No exceptions **. 

You must complete the parent permission form on ParentVue and the Google registration form after completing this deposit transaction.
