2025 Parent Association Dues

What is the PA?As a parent of a youth rower, you are automatically part of the PA. Our goal is to make race days fun, rewarding, and nutritious for both athletes and families. Crew is a unique sport because regattas often span the entire weekend, requiring early arrival and staying until the last boat is out of the water, derigged, and on the trailer. To support everyone on these days, the PA sets up a tailgate. The PA board handles the planning and organizing of events and the PA's role in regattas. That said, many hands make light work, and we hope all families will pitch in when needed. There will be many opportunities to get involved this season!  What are PA Dues?You're likely already familiar with seasonal club fees, which are paid directly to LHRC. Dues cover the cost of food and other essential expenses such as tents, tables, food-serving equipment, propane for the grill and generator, fuel, tolls, and/or mileage for towing the trailer to regattas, as well as catering at races where we can’t prepare our own food. The PA operates separately from the club, and your PA dues allow us to feed and fuel the athletes and give us all a place to gather at regattas and beyond. This season, PA dues are $125 per family for those with Varsity/Novice athletes, regardless of the number of athletes in the family. *PA dues do not cover your travel expenses, hotel costs or regatta fees PA Dues Payment:You can make your payment online via this form. Or if you would prefer, please make your payment ($125) by cash or check, payable to "LHRC PA". You or your athlete can drop the payment in the envelope hanging on the coaching station at the boathouse.   **NOTE**When asked about adding a contribution to Zeffy at the end of your transaction, please know that this is entirely optional.
