Champions Of Rescue

Meditation Meow will take place in the kitten room at The Mews 252 and will contain elements of guided meditation, breath work, music, and light stretching. Participants will typically be seated on the floor, but a chair can be provided, if needed. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, floor cushion, or blanket to sit on. Clothing should be comfortable. Bottled water will be provided at no charge.
