Join us for a free art class exploring mindfulness, healing, and creativity in a supportive space. 16 years or older.
This workshop will include movement, gentle stretching, music, self-acknowledgement of feelings and art-making to bring us into the moment - as we practice mindfulness. Participants will have the chance to work with multiple art materials (mixed media) while listening to music, move/stretch and then create art as a bridge for community interconnection and personal expression for self exploration and as mini reprieve for any healing. 16 and older please.
