Discover a world of possibilities at the 6th Annual MNPolyCon! This is no ordinary community conference — this is Minnesota's premier one-day event dedicated to education and community for non-monogamous and related communities.

What is MNPoly?

MNPoly is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization that exists to provide support, education, advocacy, and social connection to the Ethical and Consensual Non-Monogamous Communities of Minnesota. We provide a brave space for all adult Minnesotans (regardless of race, gender, sex, sexual orientation, religion, or age) who engage in ethical and consensual non-monogamous relationships to participate in the sharing of ideas, experiences, resources, and all forms of support to sustain a continuous community that is responsible, honored and respected. MNPoly is a 501(c)(4) organization, and any donations made are not tax-deductible.

What is MNPolyCon?MNPolyCon is our 6th annual educational event that aims to inspire curiosity, challenge conventional beliefs, and cultivate a better understanding of non-monogamy and related topics. The event is open to everyone interested in Minnesota's non-monogamous and broader communities. MNPolyCon hopes to promote non-monogamy education by fostering a more open-minded culture that accepts diverse relationship frameworks and encourages positive societal changes.

What is MNPolyCon's 2025 theme?

Expressing Your Authentic Self in Non-monogamy

Embracing non-monogamy can be a profound journey towards authenticity and self-discovery. MNPolyCon 2025 encourages you to explore the diverse aspects of your identity, desires, and emotional needs. A critical part of striving for authenticity involves open communication, honesty with yourself and others, and a commitment to respecting everyone's boundaries and consent. As you navigate this path, take the time to celebrate the freedom and growth it brings to your life and to those you connect with.

Who is the Keynote Speaker for MNPolyCon 2025?

We are incredibly fortunate to be joined by international non-monogamy icon, Evita "Lavitaloca" Sawyers! She is a Black, Queer, and Femme non-monogamy coach, speaker, educator, and author. Evita is the creator of “Today’s Polyamory Reminder”, which has inspired readers across the globe. She is also the author of "A Polyamory Devotional-365 Daily Reflections for the Consensually Non-monogamous".

Evita is also the subject of the groundbreaking polyamorous documentary “Poly-Love”.  In her coaching and education, she specializes in navigating the transition from monogamy to non-monogamy, coping with jealousy, and articulating difficult emotions in healthy ways. She is appreciated for her candid shares about her own personal journey with nonmonogamy and her frank yet balanced and empathetic approach.

What is the Registration Policy?

MNPolyCon is committed to ensuring a seamless, secure, and enjoyable experience for everyone who attends MNPolyCon 2025. To ensure this, we've introduced a new registration policy. Every ticket must now be registered under the legal name of the individual who will use it to attend the event(s). Your compliance with this policy is very important in maintaining the integrity of our ticketing system. Negligence will result in denial of entry to the event(s) and ticket cancellation without a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy. It is important to note that this policy does not apply to Scholarship Tickets, as they have a separate registration process.

Important registration notice — because the conference involves adult-oriented themes and sexually explicit materials, all attendees must show a photo ID upon check-in to comply with State and local laws. Negligence will result in denial of entry to the event(s) and ticket cancellation without a refund.

What is the Ticket Cancellation Policy?

I verify that I have read and understood the ticket cancellation policy. I acknowledge that per the policy, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled or refunded. This policy applies to all ticket types and categories. However, transferring tickets to another person may be permitted. If you wish to request a transfer, contact

mnpolycon@gmail.com

.

Are there Scholarship Tickets available?

MNPoly understands that not everyone has equal access to opportunities, and we want to make our events more accessible. For this reason, we offer Scholarship General Admission Tickets to support those who need assistance to attend, including people from marginalized communities and those facing economic or social difficulties. To support access to education, content, networking, and socializing opportunities within the non-monogamous and related communities, we encourage individuals, businesses, organizations, and groups to sponsor* additional tickets. Together, we can work towards fostering a welcoming, diverse, and communal community!

When you donate a ticket, you will receive an e-ticket. However, please disregard the e-ticket since we manually deactivate them. Please note this deactivation will not initiate a refund. To comply with our Registration Policy, MNPoly has established a separate registration system for Scholarship Ticket recipients.

If you know anyone who would like to request a Scholarship Ticket, please ask them to contactmnpolycon@gmail.com with their request.

Is the Mounds View Event Center accessible?

The venue is communal and easily accessible — the entire event is on the ground level, gender-neutral restrooms, wide doorways, no thresholds, tables that can accommodate wheelchairs, sturdy chairs without arms, a quiet room, and more. MNPoly will also honor reasonable accommodations upon request. (For example, previous years we've offered ASL interpreters and accommodations for blindness/low-vision.)

Please contact us at mnpolycon@gmail.com for any accessibility needs or questions, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
