RAFFLE RULES:

The drawing for the Winner's Choice Raffle prize will be held at the Frazier History Museum on April 5 during the Night at the Frazier gala event. Online ticket orders must be received by 9:00pm on Saturday, April 5. Tickets may be purchased in person at the event on Saturday, April 5 between 5:30pm and 9:00pm. The winner will be determined by a random drawing of purchased tickets held under the supervision of the Frazier History Museum. The value of the prize is $6,500. Tickets are $75.00 each, representing a separate and equal chance to win the prize. 

In order for the prize winner to receive the prize, Frazier History Museum shall notify the winner verbally in person or by phone or in writing and the winner shall claim prize within 30 days. If the raffle prize is refused, Frazier History Museum will conduct another raffle using the original pool of ticket entries. 

The Frazier History Museum assumes no responsibility for prize winner's tax obligations and suggests consulting your tax advisor. By participating in this raffle, all ticket purchasers and persons named on raffle tickets accept and agree to be bound by all the rules, limitations, and restrictions listed here, and that their names may be disclosed and used for publicity purposes.   

No ticket refunds will be given. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible. Employees of the Frazier History Museum are prohibited from participating.
