Liability Waiver for ParaDoX Live Concert

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the live music event (the "Event") organized by OREGON TURKISH AMERICAN ASSOCIATION (the "Organizer"). By checking this box, I, the participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- I understand that my participation in the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and other potential hazards. I voluntarily assume all such risks and acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk.
- I release, waive, and discharge the Organizer, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Organizer or otherwise.
- I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the event.
- In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Organizer to seek medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.
- I grant the Organizer permission to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation to me.
- I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and acknowledge that by checking this box, I am signing it freely and voluntarily. I intend to release and discharge the Organizer from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss or harm that may result from my participation in the Event.*
