Sabbath Lunch:  Cold Lunch 

Includes each of the following 4 items:

1. Vegan Tikka Masala - chickpeas, cauliflower, red peppers, new potatoes made with coconut milk. 

2. Harissa-Spiced Roasted Carrots with Crispy Chickpeas and Herbed Tahini – Roasted rainbow carrots tossed in smoky harissa, served over creamy herbed tahini sauce, and topped with crispy spiced chickpeas and toasted pepitas for crunch and protein.

3. Coconut-Lime wild Rice with Marinated Tamari-Ginger Tofu – Wild rice cooked in coconut milk and lime zest, served with grilled scallions and cubes of marinated tamari-ginger tofu for a rich, aromatic, protein-packed side.

4.Tahini Blondies with Date Caramel – Nutty, buttery (without butter!) blondies drizzled with a luscious date and sea salt caramel.


Sabbath Dinner:  Cold Dinner

Includes each of the following 4 items:

1. Watermelon Radish and Cucumber Salad – Crisp cucumber and vibrant watermelon radish slices tossed with fresh mint, toasted sesame seeds, and a light ginger-lime dressing.

2. Stuffed Poblano Peppers – Fire-roasted poblano peppers filled with a mix of quinoa, black beans, corn, sautéed onions, and bell peppers, seasoned with cumin, smoked paprika, and lime juice. Served with a drizzle of avocado-lime crema.

3. Charred Broccolini with Garlic and Almonds – Lightly charred broccolini tossed with olive oil, garlic, toasted almonds, and a touch of lemon zest.

4. Coconut Panna Cotta with Mango and Passion Fruit – A silky coconut milk panna cotta, lightly sweetened with maple syrup, topped with fresh mango, passion fruit pulp, and toasted coconut flakes for a tropical, refreshing finish.
