Conduct and Indemnification Agreement: I agree to follow all 4-H rules and code of conduct. I will follow all rules and guidelines set forth by shoot officials on the day(s) of contest shooting. I will abide by decisions and judgements made by this event's coaches / judges. I shall indemnify and hold harmless the Fort Bend County 4-H Program, and its' clubs and affiliates, officers and volunteers, and the legal property owner(s) from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, suits, or claims of any character, type or description whatsoever, sustained by any person arising out of the direct or indirect act of any club member, any guest, any invitee, or agent of the program, clubs, affiliates, officers, volunteers and property owner(s). Further, none of the indemnified parties shall be liable to the Undersigned Individual, club member, guest or visitor for damage to person or property due to defects or hazards, regardless of whether or not any such defect or hazard may be attributable to negligence of any of the indemnified parties. The Undersigned Individual accepts the duty and obligation to inspect the property and waives defects or hazards, and agrees to indemnify and hold the indemnified parties harmless from all claims for such damage.**
