Don your best derby hats and crisp bow ties as we celebrate with a dazzling evening filled with thoroughbred spirit, delectable cuisine catered by our very own Nutmeg Bakery and Cafe, and thrilling entertainment with Mr. Hicks as our Master of Ceremonies. The event will be held on May 2, 2025 at Oasis Event space. 

Doors open at 5:00 P.M.

Program begins at 6:00 P.M. and ends at 9:00 P.M. 

Vegetarian options available.

Childcare for Chaparral students only available from 5:30 P.M. to 9:30 P.M. at Chaparral Elementary School's Multipurpose Room. Children may come in pajamas, bring stuffies and sleeping bags, and enjoy a fun night with crafts, a pizza dinner, and a movie. Volunteer and your kids come for free!
