Annual Spring Gala Fundraiser "Wings Over Malibu"

Join us for an enchanting over the majestic waves of Malibu as The Emily Shane Foundation presents its annual gala fundraiser, "Wings Over Malibu." Hosted at the picturesque Ocean Room of Duke's Restaurant on Thursday evening, May 29, this event promises an unforgettable experience for a great cause. Duke's is one of the few structures that survived the devastation from the Palisades fire, and

and although impacted, was set to reopen in April. The impact of subsequent rains caused mudslide and flooding damage. This event is typically presented in April; we have rescheduled as the necessary work to re-open will not be completed until sometime in May.

Proceeds from the gala will help support the SEA (Successful Educational Achievement) Program, which provides underserved middle schoolers at sites across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties with personalized academic tutoring and mentorship. A portion of proceeds will be donated to fire victims. Our work fosters  hope and confidence for a brighter future.

With a mission of educational equity, the SEA Program has positively impacted the lives of over 1100 students, providing essential support that transcends the classroom. Join us in making a difference by participating in Wings Over Malibu 2025.

In light of the challenges faced by  Malibu, Pacific Palisades, and other areas, our event will be a meaningful gathering of community, focused on the spirit of resilience.
