It is your responsibility to check Your Tickets as, if you have made a mistake, it cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your tickets on receipt carefully and contact admin@wrfg.com immediately if there is a mistake. 

All sales are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled or canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full. 

Otherwise there shall be no re-admissions or pass-outs of any kind. 

“Force Majeure” means any cause beyond the control of WRFG Global Drumbeat World Music Festival hereafter as "WRFG" and Westside Motor Lounge hereafter as the “Venue” including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic and/or pandemic, national mourning, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defense requirements, acts or regulations of national or local governments. 

WRFG nor the Venue shall not be liable to You for failure to perform any obligation under the Conditions to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure.

Smoking (which includes e-cigarettes) within the indoor spaces of the Venue is strictly prohibited. WRFG and/or the Venue reserves the right, without refund, to reject any person found smoking in the Venue. You shall not bring all or any of the following into the Venue: (a) smoking materials, (b) laser pens, (c) animals (except guide dogs), (d) Your own food and drink (unless permitted by the Venue), (e) bottles, cans or glass containers (unless permitted by the Venue), (f) any item which may be interpreted as a weapon (including sharp or pointed objects such as knives), or (g) illegal substances. 

Notwithstanding anything else in the Conditions, WRFG nor the Venue shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items. 

You must comply with any and all instructions given to You by WRFG and Venue stewards and staff. WRFG and the Venue reserve the right to restrict access to parts of the Venue. 

WRFG and the Venue reserve the right to refuse You entry to and/or reject You from the event and/or Venue (and may take appropriate action to enforce this right) in reasonable circumstances including without limitation (a) for health and safety or licensing reasons, (b) if You behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Event, (c) if You use or display threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms or behave in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace, (d) if, in WRFG or the Venue’s reasonable opinion, You appear to be acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs, (d) if You fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age, (e) if You refuse to comply with WRFG and the Venue’s security searches, (f) if You breach these Terms, or (g) if Your Ticket is void. 

No refunds will be given to You if You are refused entry or rejected due to Your own behavior. WRFG and the Venue reserves the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any item which in the opinion of WRFG and the Venue may cause danger or disruption to other persons at the Event or is one of the items not permitted in the Venue.

COVID POLICY

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID exists in any public space where people are present. COVID is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending this event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID.

MEDIA AND CONTENT DISTRIBUTION WAIVER

By purchasing a ticket or receiving complimentary admission to this event, You hereby agree and give permission for WRFG and our partners and team to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape You (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing on WRFG’s website and affiliated platforms including but not limited to social media, newsletters

You give Your express consent to Your actual or simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any film, photograph, audio and/or audiovisual recording to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world.

You hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to You or unknown, and You waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. You understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of WRFG’s control. 

You agree that You will not hold the WRFG responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
