His work employs performance, printed matter, informal pedagogy, and expanded sensory modalities of tasting. Since 2008 he’s been leading sensory workshops and walking tours that introduce people to the particular features of the air in everyday environments. Current projects focus on the sensory analysis of atmospheric phenomena, and the medical history of the Air Cure and Milk Cure as site-specific climatic therapies.
