A high number of the youth in our programs are facing 4-6 childhood adversities in their family like mental health concerns, living in unsafe neighbours, exposure to financial stress and parental separation. Research has proven that mentored youth receive tangible impacts from being involved in a consistent, ongoing developmental relationship that a mentor can provide.
