Fundraise your way for mental health! Good mental health isn't about being happy all of the time. In fact, a mentally healthy life includes the full range of human emotions - even the uncomfortable ones like sadness, fear, and anger. Relying on others and sharing our very normal feelings of sadness, fear and worry is hugely important during this unusual time of stress, uncertainty and loss.  Help spread joy and positivity! Help address stigma around mental health head-on by promoting education and minimizing misconceptions about mental illness.  CMHA of NB is the province-wide leader and champion for mental health, CMHA of NB facilitates access to the resources people require to maintain and improve mental health and community integration, build resilience, and support recovery from mental illness.  Help us to continue providing support and mental health resources. All money raised stays right here local in New Brunswick!
