CUBEC has registered over 400 attendees from 25 universities and hosted over 40 guest speakers, panelists, and industry professionals. NOTE: By registering for this event you are consenting to appear in videos/photos that are taken at the event which may be used for promotional purposes in the future. FAQ: Where will the event be held? We will be using the Medical Sciences Building and the Sidney Smith Hall throughout the day of the conference. Please note that registration will occur at the Medical Sciences Building. Exact rooms will be provided in a future logistics email. How do I get to the event? The Medical Sciences building is a 5 minute walk away from the Queen's Park TTC Station which is on Line 1. If you are driving, there is daily parking available at 1 King's College Circle (see <a href="https://transportation.utoronto.ca/parking-map-rates/">https://transportation.utoronto.ca/parking-map-rates/</a>). What should I bring to the event? Please dress appropriately for the weather as you will need to travel between buildings throughout the day. Bring confirmation of your ticket purchase to receive your lanyard and your merch package! Feel free to bring copies of your resume for potential employers too! I've bought a ticket but I can no longer attend due to extenuating circumstances, what do I do? Please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will consider refunding your ticket on a case-by-case basis.
