This seminar will be presented in English. There will be a translator present for questions. Carolyn Christie is a retired Orchestre Symphonique Montréal flutist and McGill Professor of Flute. She now trains performers to learn the mental skills that can help free them to perform as well on stage or in competition as in the practice room. Ms. Christie bases her work on sports psychology and performance theory (Masters in Human Kinetics, uOttawa 2016), coupled with her own years of experience on stage. Ms. Christie will introduce you to some of these skills during her seminar for the Festival de la Voix 2025. **PARKING LOT is situated on VINCENNES AVENUE** (not at the church address of 11 Rodney Avenue which is actually at the back of the church building.)
