It turns out, careers are often messy and progression does not have to mean up. Our goal is to share lessons we’ve learned, insights and advice in how we got to where we are today. We are continuously learning. She has had a varied career in the local Waterloo tech scene and has found her passion in leadership. With over 15 years of experience in leadership, her focus is now on building the careers of others because she believes that ‘teamworkiness makes the dreamworkiness’.
