Box Lacrosse of Long Island is excited to announce a series of Three intensive box lacrosse training sessions designed to elevate your skills in the fast-paced and physical game of box lacrosse. Hosted by experienced coaches, including Nick Goldberg, a standout player with the Allegany Arrows and a member of the Polish National Team, these sessions are the perfect opportunity for players of all levels to refine their technique, build their game IQ, and get comfortable in the unique box lacrosse environment.Nick Goldberg, who also played at Limestone College, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the field. His international experience, combined with his success at the Sr B level, provides invaluable insight into both the mental and physical demands of box lacrosse. Under his guidance, players will receive professional coaching tailored to box lacrosse’s high-intensity pace and close-quarter play.The training sessions will be complemented by a team of local talent, including coaches with deep experience in box lacrosse. Additionally, players will benefit from the assistance of several members of the Long Island Sharks Senior Men's Team, who will bring their expertise and real-world game experience to the floor.These six sessions will focus on key skills such as stick handling in tight spaces, footwork, shooting, defense, and face-offs, while also emphasizing the importance of physical conditioning and mental toughness.
