She will speak about the little-known Tuomi and what he shared with her in 1972, when she was editor of The Cooperative Builder, a newspaper circulated throughout the rural, largely mining communities of Upper Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Tuomi would not allow a contemporary photo, only this accompanying dark, early image.
