Marlboro Ridge offers horseback riding lessons in an idyllic location at our state -of-the-art facility, on a 32-acre beautifully manicured farm. Enjoy horseback riding in a serene country setting minutes from downtown DC, Alexandria, Annapolis and Bowie. You will learn to ride in a fun friendly environment on our well trained and safe school ponies and horses. You will get the most out of each of your horseback riding lessons from our highly trained expert riding instructors, specializing in Basic Horsemanship for beginners thru Top Level Instruction for riders competing at all levels. The winner can select either 1) ten 30-minute lessons for anyone ages 5 and up, with any level of experience. These lessons are individual and give a student one on one time with the horses and instructor.  Or 2) PonyPal Adventure is a 2-hour immersive and intensive session for grooming, tacking and riding. This would accommodate up to 10 children, aged 5 to 14. The majority of the equipment required is provided however anyone planning to ride will need to have a boot with a half inch heel and pants (preferable jeans.)
